SmileScore Restore provides credit education and coaching services designed to help individuals improve credit readiness and eligibility for third-party financing related to dental treatment.

SmileScore Restore:

  • Is not a lender
  • Is not a credit reporting agency
  • Does not guaranteefinancing approval or credit score improvement
  1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Have legal authority to enroll

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service at our discretion.

Results vary based on individual participation and financial circumstances.

SmileScore Restore makes no guarantees regarding:

  1. Fees & Billing
